I am DAM male 18 yrs of age
I was originally into taito and still am but through it i found Taishirou
Im stuck in the middle of nowhere Iowa. currently attending college and hope to one day move to japan
im also somewhat addicted to taishirou fanfics

I honestly think your intro was just fine. If that's TMI, I'll have you beat very soon.  Let's see. I'm 22 years old (looks like I am the oldest on this forum so far), I graduated from college with a bachelors in Japanese, and now I live in Southern Japan teaching English with the JET program. I am actually a Californian by birth with not even a drop of Japanese blood in me. This is actually my 5th time in Japan, but my first time living here. Sometime, I'll share my Odaiba pictures from two years ago with you guys.  Yes, all of this information is essential and you -will- be tested later. |

Hmmm...I guess we're all just posting in this thread instead or our own individual threads, ne? .....I bet I'll end up toping both of the first posts in length.....I've been known to ramble. lols  Okay, if I haven't already met you somewhere else then it's nice to meet you!! *waves* Anyways, intro...intro......uuuhhhh.... Well, I'm 21 (going to be 22 in March of '09) and a college student at IADT, studying for computer animation and all that crap. Not really into animation though, I prefer illustration, storyboarding and sequential art (comics/graphic novels). I've visited Japan, and hope to live there one day. Won't bore you with anymore details about that.... I love the Taishirou pairing....obviously or I wouldn't be here, right? lols..... Besides Taishirou, my other two favorite Digimon pairings are Yamato/Jyou and Takeru/Daisuke. I am NOT, have never been, and never will be, a fan/supporter of Tai/Yamato or Ken/Daisuke. Of course, I'm not Anti...I will never bash them, but I'll never support them either. I actually used to draw Taishirou fanart fairly often, but within the last few years my interest in drawing any fanart has decreased dramatically, so I haven't really done anything for them in a while. But one day I hope to make my own Taishirou doujinshi....I have the beginning of the script started.....but I haven't worked on it in a while..... Oh! And in the spirit of full disclosure, I will give you a couple warnings about myself while I'm here. ^___^ Mainly that I am a complete and total pervert, who loves smutt and porn and all that good stuff. And, within my entertainment and especially my BL, I am into the themes of rough sex, promiscuity (especially by ukes), bondage, M/s, and even a little fair to moderate S&M (preferably consentual stuff though). So if you prefer your BL to be sugary-sweet and fluffy......I'm best to be avoided. X3 Not that I NEVER do pure fluff, but it's certainly not what I'm known for....and I tire of it quickly. If I do fluff I prefer to temper it with an edge of some kind...a hint of darkness. Just thought it was fair to let people know. hehe |

I suppose I haven't formally introduced myself...
Well, I'm sure you all know me, considering I'm the admin and all, as well as the webmistress of TRC. And then I've written several Taishirou fanfics as well.
I've already explained how I got into Taishirou in a different thread, so I guess I'll just tell you more about myself.
I'm 17 and I live in a southern PA town that I can't wait to escape. I'm a senior in high school, and I'm awaiting college acceptance letters (hopefully lol). I'm much more of an artsy person, and my passion for writing has led me to the communications field. You know those National Geographic documentaries? Hopefully my name will be among those which nobody cares about in the middle of the credits. =D
Another bit: I love to travel, and Japan is one of the top countries on my list that I'd like to visit next. Although, I'd love to go back to Europe, just so I can buy 483920483203 jars of European Nutella. XD
So yeah... If you want to know anything else, just ask! lol.

Hiya. *g* I'm not exactly a Taishirou fan -- which is going to sound incredibly strange, considering this is a Taishirou-centric forum -- but this place looks like it has the potential for some interesting discussion, and I'm always a sucker for anything involving the Digimon Adventure/02 characters. I'm mostly a gen writer who does ("commits" might be more accurate in this case) meta once in a while, but I admit to having a soft spot for Daisuke and Ken together in all myriad forms. I love all the characters, though! I also major in East Asian Studies & Japanese at college, and edit/write for two papers on campus. Can't think of anything else to mention at the moment, but nice to meet all of you! Hopefully we can get a few more threads rolling here. |

*sighs* well looks like i'm the youngest one here so far. Oh well might as well get over with it. Hi every one i'm CrimsonMoon obiviously but call me Moon for short k. Anyways i am 13 years old and have been a yoai fan for 2 years now. i am in the 7th grade. let's see i have been tryin to learn japanese for as long as i have been a yoai fan. nd i swear all my obsessed yoai couples have a red head in it. i am obviliously obsessed with taishiro but i do enjoy other couples from the digimon adventers 1/2. Like YamaJyou and Daiori. i also have never been a Taito supporter because i honest think they are to much a like to be a couple that's why i love Taishiro so much because Taichi and Koushiro are such opposites.
i too also love to travel or more or less want to travel but i can't because i am apparently to young so i'm stuck in California for now.
i am very creative. i love to write, draw (even though i'm not very good at it ^-^'), read, talk, run, play sports, being on computers, and sing. i can be shy at times or very talkitive depends on my mood.
oh yeah nd i love ur fics cuore_ridente i read them all the time *giggles* like i said i'm obsessed.
one more thing i have i question for anyone willing to answer it. What do u do if u suport gay couples and think nothings wrong with it but ur entire family is against it? that is the problem i face everyday i tried to tell my mom that i like yoai but she didn't understand me so when i tried to explain it to her she miss took it as 'i like boys' not 'boy love'. what is a yoai fan girl to do?

I'm prety late to the party, aren't I? haha... I am not an avid yaoi person, and the one couple who has withstood the tests of time is Taishirou... I prefer yuri... and then het... and then yaoi. Either which way, I know plenty more malexmale pairings in the anime world than femalexfemale, so for now, I will appear a yaoi fankid. I used to write insanely OOC taishirou fanfiction... which I hope is deleted of fanfiction.net, either or you don't realize who I am I plan on writing when I have free time... but I never have free time... I also want to do fanart... When I have free time... |

Hello! I'm Ruija and I'm a brand new member! It seems this Forum has been pretty inactive lately but maybe, a new member could bring some life back to it! I'm 18 years old at the moment and I live in Finland, which is in Northern Europe in case you don't know. I'm a senior at the Finnish equivalent of American High school and after graduating I'm hoping to start studying 3D-modeling and -animating. I'm interested in videogames and making them : ) I'm also a artist and I have drawn some Taishirou-fanarts too!
